Franklin County Farm Bureau has been bringing people together for over 100 years and believes in opportunities for the next generation.
Farm Bureau is proud to be hosting the inaugural progressive farm tours and dinner!
Taste of Franklin County will feature local farmers, independently owned businesses and promote the flourishing agriculture in our county.
We are excited for this initiative where all net proceeds will benefit our youth programs and scholarship fund.
The farm tours and dinner are set to take place on Sunday, September 25, 2022. The host site for dinner is Circle S Farms in Grove City.
At the dinner site guests will be able to participate in a hay ride, purchase products at the mini farmers market and enjoy a locally sourced dinner.
A cash bar will be available.
Tickets are $75 per Farm Bureau member or $100 per non-member.
The farm tours will be "drive it yourself" tours. Tours will begin at 1:30pm.
Each tour will last approximately 20 minutes.
This will allow time for questions and drive time to the next stop. Attendees can pick their tour route, but will need to indicate the route order at time of ticket purchase.
Tour times are 1:30pm, 2:30pm & 3:30pm. Arrival at Circle S Farms will begin at 4:30pm to enjoy the hay ride, farmers market, horderves & cash bar before dinner at 6:00pm.
Tickets include:
1. Farm Tour Stops at Darby Creek Nursery, Bedford Falls Christmas Tree Farm, Conrad Hive & Honey & Circle S Farms
2. Farm to Table 4 course Dinner
3. $5 voucher for the Mini Farmers Market at Circle S Farms
