Join us for the LAST paddleboard event!
Event Details
Enjoy a 1 hour vinyasa yoga session on land and a 1 hour lightly guided paddle board session on the water with The Beauty Boost +
EXPECT:
*We'll have two groups.
One group will be on the water while the other is on land then we'll switch:)
*One hour Vinyasa Flow on land
*One hour free flow paddling
Stick around after for some lite bites, prizes and meet new people!
We'll be sure to snap pictures and share with you.
TIPS:
*No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat or towel.
You can wear normal clothes or a swim suit based on your preference.
Details will be sent upon registration on Covid protocol:)

DIRECTIONS
Once you enter the park from Nottingham Dr. turn right at the stop sign heading towards the Griggs Launch and boat parking lot.
Stay to the right and continue to follow the road around the curve until you get to the second parking lot which is closest to the Fishinger bridge.
There is a sign indicating the Trabue Landing.
You will see the teal paddleboards and please call if you get lost.
