We are building community around our health goals! Each month will feature a different health topic, open discussion and interactive activities. Attend the entire series to get the most out of the program, or attend whatever sessions you can.
Pre-registration is preferred. Snacks provided. Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the series, so the more you attend, the greater your chances to win! Other incentives provided.
