Columbus, Park Street Cantina will be hosting the biggest, wildest, most extravagant Cinco de Mayo party IN THE CITY!! Cinco de Mayo is like Christmas for us at Cantina and we're pulling out all the stops to make this year's party the best one we've ever had! This party will feature our ALL NEW taco menu, big ASS margaritas, an entire bar dedicated 100% to tequila, the hottest DJ line up in town, and a TACO EATING CONTEST! When it comes to Cinco de Mayo we don't mess around! We will have entertainment and contests going on all day from 8AM until close. So call up your friends, grab your sombreros, and get ready to party because it's about to go down! This is a 21+ event only. Please drink responsibly.
Cinco de Mayo Contests:
To sign up for these contests click the ticket link in the event page. These contests are FREE but there are only 10 spots available for each one! So register today before the spots fill up!
10am…. Touch the Bike
· Win a Modelo Lowrider bike
---RULES---
· A contestant must be standing touching the bike at all times
· Each contestant must consume 16oz of water every 20 mins
· Last person to be touching the bike wins the bike
· NO breaks
· NO diapers
12 Noon…Taco Eating Contest
· Whoever eats 10 tacos first wins a Corona Cooler
· Tacos from Parkstreet Cantina
---RULES---
· Contestants get 10 tacos in front of them
· Contestants must start with both hands flat on the table in front of them
· The first contestant to eat 10 tacos wins the Corona Cooler
3pm…Hot Chip Challenge
· Whoever can eat a “hot” chip and is the last to need a drink/ bread to stop the burning wins the Pacifico Cooler
---RULES---
· Contestants will sit on stage and when directed eat one of the provided chips.
· Contestants must eat the chip in one bite and fully consume said chip
· After the chip is eaten, the contestants must stay seated on stage until a winner is decided
· A winner is decided when all other contestants who couldn’t take the heat reach for the glass of milk or bread in front of them
